TL Mechanical Inc is an owner-operated commercial mechanical contractor working across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. Rooftop equipment, sheet metal, and full changeouts — self-performed.
What we self-perform
Rooftop units, split and packaged systems, and the controls that run them — diagnosed, repaired, and maintained for commercial and light-industrial facilities.
Distribution is where most commercial systems actually fail. We lay out, build, and install duct that matches the equipment it is attached to.
Full equipment changeouts and new-construction installs, scheduled around the building staying open where that is what the job requires.
Where we work
TL Mechanical is based in South Mississippi and works across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. Travel outside the region is considered on a project basis.
Licensed in all three states — not working under someone else's number out of state.
Multi-site operators get one point of contact across all three states rather than a different contractor at every address.

TL Mechanical Inc works out of South Mississippi. The person who quotes the job is on the job.
We work with general contractors, facility managers, and building owners. Insurance certificates, W-9s, and licensing documentation are available on request for bid packages and vendor onboarding.
Scope runs from a single equipment changeout to a full mechanical package on a build-out. If it's outside what we self-perform, we say so up front rather than learn it on site.
